After an early morning trip to Market Basket on Saturday I came home and made myself the best soy latte ever! Post shopping heaven ![]()

- 4 Chobani yogurts($1.00/each)
- Breakstone 2% cottage cheese(2 for $3.00)
- block of Cabot 50% light cheddar
- Serious Snacking 50% light blocks($2.50)
- natural peanut butter($2.50)
- 2lbs Plainville Farms 94% lean ground turkey($3.29/lbs.)
- Al fresco(gluten free) apple chicken sausage($3.69)
- 1 lbs. wild salmon steak($5.99/lbs.)
- corn tortillas($1.59)
- black & cannellini beans(5 for $4.00)
- Pomi crushed tomatoes($1.99)
- Udi’s whole grain loaf($4.89)

All I needed after that shopping trip was a couple of things from Whole Foods:
- Organic Valley soy milk
- 2 tubes of polenta
- frozen bag of kale
- bananas
= about $10.00
