But instead of having a pity party tonight- I got up and made myself my own gluten free Doubleheader: peaches &#38; bleu cheese/garlic,olive oil and parmesan cheese. &#160; And topped it with arugula and parmesan slivers with a lemon &#38; olive oil vinaigrette. I actually think this meal was better and definitely prettier than my old Veggie Planet...]]></description>
