No more Buddha belly! It’s not often that I am stunned. But it just happened. Lisa asked me to step on the scale this morning when I got out of bed. That’s how we weigh ourselves in this household: naked and hungry. The number? 166.6 pounds. This means I’m seven pounds lighter than I was seven weeks ago, the last time I weighed myself.
