Meg’s Food Reality: Sometimes I miss gluten- but more specifically I miss being able to have certain dishes like a Double Header(two pizza entrees side by side on dough) of a Unsafe & Sound/Caesar on a Big Cheesy Crouton from Veggie Planet. But instead of having a pity party tonight- I got up and made myself my own gluten free Doubleheader: peaches & bleu cheese/garlic,olive oil and parmesan cheese. And topped it with arugula and parmesan slivers with a lemon & olive oil vinaigrette. I actually think this meal was better and definitely prettier than my old Veggie Planet...

Nyssa, Beccah and I then headed to a Pure Barre class around noon. Last night, we had made a pact to go together! To refuel- we went to Sarah’s Café afterwards. I had a Greek salad with chicken and an iced coffee. It was perfect! Later that afternoon Nyssa and I took Luna for a walk through Arts & Sciences.
I started this morning with a class at Pure Barre with Nyssa. We winched out way through the entire hour and were happy to be on our merry way afterwards! I then stopped by Beccah’s house to find her working on my ‘table card boards’ for the wedding. How cute are these? We then spent the day doing errands together- including a stop at Crate & Barrel, the car dealership, and the Burlington Mall! It was nice to have someone to do these errands with- thanks Bec! All our shopping was making us hungry- so we stopped by Stone...
