  • This weekend’s showers in Maine for the future Mrs. A were such fun. Saturday started with a English-themed shower (where fascinators were a must!), and Sunday was a shower brunch.   • Celebrating July 26th!! This post has nothing to do with food or running, but I feel compelled to let you all know that TODAY Dave and I have been married for 3 YEARS!!!   •   My wonderful friend Carrie got married last Saturday to her sweetie, Kevin. During cocktails we had to get a final  ‘July Brides’ picture together- we did it!! We had a wonderful group of  summer friends & family to chat with all night long! Dinner’s first course was strawberry salad with red onions, cashews and goat cheese.   • After an amazing brunch in PA we packed up the car and headed to Canada for our week long mini-moon. Before heading up to Georgian Bay we spent a wonderful night with our friend’s Kristen & Peter in Toronto! Then bright and early on Monday morning we headed up the bay!!     After an amazing brunch in PA we packed up the car and headed to Canada for our week long mini-moon. Before heading up to Georgian Bay we spent a wonderful night with our friend’s Kristen & Peter in Toronto! Then bright and early on Monday morning we headed up the bay!!   • July 9th was perfect -with a slight breeze at Laurel Valley Farm with a perfect view of the mountains! It was time to become Mrs. S! I’ve driven over 1,600 miles traveled from Boston to PA up to Ontario back down to PA and then finally back up to Boston- phew! On Thursday the 7th(whoa that feels like SO long ago) it was time for the festivities to begin!   • Sorry about my weird blogging schedule recently. I’ve had a really hard time adjusting to my new schedule since I normally blog at night, but now get home later than usual most nights. However, I have a weird gap in the middle of the day most days so hopefully I can start blogging mid-day a little more frequently.
