A 30 day challenge is going to have both of those things in it. The clever solution to meet your daily goal, the perfectly executed scheduled change that makes everything fall into the place. Then there’s the not-so-great side, the want to get a workout in but have a wretched cold, the need to eat 5 fruits and veggies but couldn’t get to grocery store and you’re staring at a bag of frozen peas wondering if they’re edible.
Both things will happen, as that old cliche goes it’s not what comes up, it’s how we deal with it.
