Morning! How are you all? I am doing well, since it is Wednesday! Mondays and Tuesdays are difficult for me because I have class right after work both days. It is like a double whammy right at the beginning of the week. Once Wednesday comes usually* my life is a little less of a rat race. ![]()
Yesterday after work I had some time before my 7:15 pm class to get something done. I usually use this time to workout, but I had an awful stomach ache, so I used it to get some homework done instead. Once I was done with my homework I went to Zoup to get dinner and read a little bit of my new book.
I got the Frontier 7 bean soup with a multigrain roll.

This soup is so hearty, I love it. And it is packed with protein! I am also LOVING the new book Run Like A Girl! I am only about 50 page in or so but I am loving every minute of it. I will give you all a full review when I am done with it.
I went to class at 7:15 and have surprising full of energy and able to stay awake even though I was up at 5am to write the paper for that class. We talked about anxiety disorders, which was actually pretty interesting. I ended up sharing with my class that I have a phobia myself. I don’t think I have actually shared this on my blog before, but I have a rodent phobia. Seeing a rodent induces panic, sweating, crying and a few times passing out. My fear of rodents is completely irrational since I am so much bigger than them, but I cannot help be feel that fear. I can’t see them on TV or in real life or I totally freak out. Anxiety is an interesting thing.
Last night after class, I crashed and slept like a baby! It was a long day. This morning I got up feeling much more rested
Breakfast was a whole wheat bagel thin with egg whites, veggie sausage and American cheese.

On the way into work, I stopped and got a coffee at my favorite coffee place. I had a medium medium roast with vanilla syrup and half and half.
