After a couple pt sessions and an interval workout on the elliptical I came and had two poached eggs on toast(brown rice and millet) with cilantro and ketchup for breakfast. I love poached eggs- they remind me of summer! It’s coming right!?!
Later that morning, Lindsay and I went to Christmas Tree Shop to look for candles for the wedding. We found bottle lanterns , and played with tables ideas all morning. It’s coming together…

Then, Beccah came over for lunch and to lend her eye. I made buckwheat spirals with tofu, red pepper slices, kale and peanut sauce.

Later, I drove over to Kendall for my pt with Brad at Venture. We agreed that I would do two circuit workouts, spend some time on the elliptical, and teach one spin class- I’m working my way back!
After taking Luna for a walk and I started on dinner- I was hungry. The menu: lettuce wraps with ground turkey and brown rice noodles.

Dinner was ok, which was a disappointment. But that happens sometimes…
Luckily, I had picked up gluten free ice cream cones today at Christmas Tree Shop, and was looking forward to trying them out after dinner. But, there was no ice cream in the freezer so Dave and I took a walk up to FoodMaster with Luna – a little exercise before our treat.

When we got home – I put 1/2 cup servings into each cone and we chowed down. The cones were great, but I have to say I really miss my Breyer’s peach. Has anyone seen it in a Boston grocery store yet? ![]()
