This morning I taught a spinning class for the MDA and organized a lunch at Henrietta’s Table for all of us afterwards.
I had 21 women in the Hemenway cycling room working their tails off! We looked like ripe cherry tomatoes walking out of class and were all looking forward to a good meal.
So onward we walked to Henrietta’s.

I started with the Red Fire spinach, Pete & Jen’s egg, crispy bacon, and sherry vinaigrette salad.

It was plated beautifully and tasted perfect with my cup of green tea.

For my main course I ordered the grilled Giannone Farm chicken breast, Eva’s wild greens and sorrel vinaigrette.

Then finally there was the piece de resistance of my meal: farmer’s custard with berries. I got through the berries and a small part of the custard before my stomach said ‘no more.’

It’s so nice to go to a restaurant and be able to have so many options that are gluten free! ![]()
Bottom line: If you are a dietetic student or RD in MA and haven’t joined MDA do so & if you like good tasting local food head to Henrietta’s Table.
