Blur of a Day

I started this morning with a class at Pure Barre with Nyssa. We winched out way through the entire hour and were happy to be on our merry way afterwards!

I then stopped by Beccah’s house to find  her working on my ‘table card boards’ for the wedding. How cute are these?

We then spent the day doing errands together- including a stop at Crate & Barrel, the car dealership, and the Burlington Mall!  It was nice to have someone to do these errands with- thanks Bec!

All our shopping was making us hungry- so we stopped by Stone Hearth Pizza for lunch.

It’s great to go out with someone who is also gluten free- we can share and don’t have to be too jealous of the orders of others around us Winking smileWe decided on to share their ‘special’ salad and pizza.  The salad had asparagus, arugula, cashews, and radishes -as well as an amazing taste of summer!

Their special pizza called the  ‘four seasons’ was separated into four quarters covered in: tomatoes, bacon, portabellas, and asparagus! It had a great crunch and tasted so deliciously fresh it was hard not to just gobble it all down! Winking smile

I came home, walked Luna and then placed with our wedding table numbers! Thanks Lindsay!P6145562

For dinner, I had a full table of four with Beccah, Nyssa, Dave and I sitting down to tofu and vegetables over brown rice noodles.  It hit the spot!  For dessert, we each  had small scoop of Breyer’s peach in a gluten free cone- a perfect way to a end a very productive day!
