When you get four ladies together who love food as much as we do- you know we will be going to some really amazing places to eat.
We started our weekend off at Hanger B in Chatham at the airport!

Though the restaurant itself is small- the awesome menu and small prop planes flying in make up for it! I wish more restaurants were as gluten free friendly as this one(note: the gluten free buckwheat pancakes).

I decided on the red flannel hash(beets, sweet potato, yukon gold potato and bacon hash with two eggs drizzled in horseradish crème fraiche)
I ordered mine with two poached eggs. Oh my goodness- this was a AMAZING meal- great veggies, perfect eggs…together it was happiness in my mouth!

Our afternoon was filled with time at house- catching up as well as a walk on the beach in Eastham.
For dinner, Elise had picked Sol in Wellfleet.

We shared two appetizers: green papaya with shrimp & tuna poke.

Both dishes were mouthwateringly delicious down to the last bite!

Both Elise and I ordered the chili beef bowl with rice noodles, black shitakes, and fried baby bok choy! I had never had a rice bowl where the broth is poured onto meat to cook it- it was pretty cool and tasted great!

We decided to finish our evening off with dessert and shared the coconut rice pudding crème brulee & the dark chocolate peanut butter cups with four spoons!
The crème brulee was good but not fantastic like the rest of our meal!

BUT we all loved the cups- they were a perfect end to our first day on the cape!
