I kicked my own butt this morning at spinning. By the end of the class- I was pooped!
I came home and had two slices of leftover fig & bleu cheese oat & flax pizza- it still tasted delicious!!

After a meeting with Lindsay on our table scape I came home and made our mexican polenta lasagna dinner- a little something different for a mid-day treat.
Then I was off to cook with the little ladies and since today was Miss L’s birthday we frosted her birthday cake! We were going with spring colors
For her birthday dinner we made: cornflake chicken tenders & pasta with garlic and broccoli.![]()
I came home after a wonderful afternoon with the ladies, and heated up our lasagna dinner.
When Dave came home from his softball game & we feasted on this delicious meal! Yummo!

I’m off to go look at the set list for our wedding band!
Workout plan for the rest of this week:
- Thursday: Total Body Challenge & 20 minutes of cardio
- Friday: stadiums & a walk with Carrie
- Saturday: spin with the MDA
- Sunday: run or strength class
