Spring Wine Fest Re-Cap

In addition to giving one of my readers two tickets to the Spring Wine Fest, the kind folks at Boston Event Guide also gave me two complimentary tickets.  Bret and I decided to walk over to Cyclorama on Saturday and enjoy a few hours of wine tasting.

Here are a few photos to re-cap our experience:

The gorgeous ceiling at Cyclorama.

Yancey’s Fancy‘s Buffalo Wing and Wasabi cheeses had some serious heat!

Barefoot Wine and Bubbly had quite a few wines to try.

Blue Hills Brewery‘s Watermelon Wheat will be my choice beer this summer!

Enjoyed learning and tasting the cider from Farnum Hill!

We tasted quite a few balsamic vinegard from Cavedoni Balsamic Vinegar.
We ended up purchasing a bottle of Truffle Balsamic.

Chocolate dessert offerings from Finale Desserterie and Bakery.

The Spring Wine Fest was a great way to start the day.  We ended up having brunch at Myers + Chang, sitting in the South End dog park, and followed by shopping in the Back Bay.  We walked around the city and had such a wonderful day!

Bret’s birthday is on Sunday and I’m really looking forward to another wonderful weekend.  What are you looking forward to this weekend?
